    Razer Laptop stuck on BIOS aptio setup utility


    This problem started last week, when I need to use my laptop to participate in my online class. I switched it on and then it shows the razer logo as it always does. After that, I was shocked because it opens up aptio setup utility, I don't know what to do until i press esc button to exit, then the screen turns into black for about 3 seconds and it went back to aptio setup utility. I pressed the save and exit button f4 and my laptop restarts, shows the logo again and then it loops again to aptio setup utility. I feel so hopeless because i can't use my laptop for two weeks now and i can't submit all my academic course requirements because of this freakin problem. Please help me!! I googled everything and followed all the steps but nothing worked.

    To help you with your concern regarding the
    Aptio Setup Utility or the Bios
    Menu version 203, I suggest that you contact the manufacturer of your computer and update the BIOS.

    Please go to Bing.com and search the following combination of words:

    • The name of the OEM + “contact information”
    • The name of the OEM + “PC support”

    Haier Laptop Stuck in Aptio Setup Utility-2018

    I have a Hair Y11c that froze on me. I shut it down and restarted my laptop, now I am stuck in the Aptio Setup Utility 2018. Ive tried everything (there is no CSM option) and am still stuck in this menu and cant
    boot up. Any suggestions?

    HIII, I'm not much of an expert with laptops, so I need help... I have a windows 8 64 bit asus laptop updated to windows 10. Everything was alright, until it randomly shut down. It restarted and it's stuck on the settings for the aptio setup utility. The
    bios version is X551MA.
