Windows 10: Razer Naga Pro mice bluescreen my lapto

I got sa new Razer Naga Pro mice and conectet it wie bluethoot, and my pc bluescreend withoun 20 secounds.

Can someone help me here?

Razer Naga Epic problem

Ok so I already tried method 1 and it didnt help. Method 2 also didnt work.

1. Did you install all the pending updates and driver updates on your system?

2. Did you make any changes on the system, prior to this issue?

Error code 43 occurs when Windows has stopped the device because it has reported problems on your computer.

Method 2:



Uninstall and reinstall the mouse drivers from the manufacture's website and check, if it works. Refer to the following steps to uninstall the mouse drivers from the Device Manager.

a. Click on Windows key + X and then, select Device Manager.

b. Locate and expand “Mice and other pointing devices” in the Device Manager Window.

c. Right-click on the mouse driver and click on “uninstall” the mouse driver.

d. Restart the computer and check, if it works.

e. Reinstall the mouse drivers from the manufacture's website:
