Windows 10: Razer Taipan issues

My Taipan mouse worked fine with my i5 3550 system with Windows 7 then 10 without using the Synapse software once I turned off USB ErP in BIOS. But when I built a Skylake system and installed Windows 10 Pro it started showing some issues, it repeatedly freezes for at least 15 minutes on a cold boot (like it used to on my i5 3550 system until I turned off USB ErP) and unfortunately my ASRock H110 Combo-g motherboard has no such options in the BIOS to fix that, but now there's another issue is that the middle wheel click is finicky and doesn't work everytime- I thought the mouse was wearing out however it works 100% of the time in Linux and BSD, it's most noticeable when I play a game like PlanetSide 2 (middle click in the game reloads my gun, I have to click it at least 2-3 times for it to work) but occasionally it happened in Firefox when middle clicking to scroll down. No I don't have the Synapse 2.0 software installed.

Any alternatives to tweaks in Windows or the BIOS besides the lack of USB ErP feature? It does have power on by mouse / keyboard options which I think both are turned off atm.

Too many devices connected through USB?

I have been using 6 USB slots with no problem, but recently after I have more than 4 plugged in then my keyboard automatically disconnects and wont work unless I restart my computer and make sure no more than 4 devices are connected otherwise it wont work.
The keyboard I have is the Razer Deathstalker Ultimate (which takes 2 USB slots, one for the keyboard and one for the lights), my mouse is the Razer Taipan (1 USB slot), my headset is Astro A40 with Mixamp (1 USB slot), my phone (IOS), and my controller is
a XBOX ONE controller (1 USB slot). Can someone tell me why just recently my keyboard disconnects when more than 4 USB slots are being used?

 

Is the camera module a defect one on my 808 Pureview?
