Windows 10: Razer Wolverine Tournament Edition Xbox Controller Issues

I recently had an issue where Windows was corrupted and needed to make a clean install. But after the fact, Windows will not detect any input from my Xbox controller on the rear IO, but when I plug the USB port into the front IO panel, Windows can get input from my controller perfectly fine. Is there any way around this since I can't keep that USB port plugged into the front IO panel. I tried looking through device manager - no help, I also tried switching which type of USB A slot it was in, still did not work. I'll be thankful for any help.
