  4. 591679.rbf in Settings>System>Notifications & Actions

The first entry on "Show Notifications From These Apps" is 591679.rbf. I have done an Internet search without success. I have tried Microsoft's web site without success. I have done a search on my Windows 10 pro 64-bit desktop without success. I have even
searched the registry for this elusive entry yet nothing can be found. It is most puzzling. I looked up RBF file and it seems to be some sort of roll back file created during an upgrade. Does this mean Windows 10 created this file on my system [but not in
the registry] when it upgraded me from 8.1 to 10? I have an HP desktop computer. At any rate, there is an entry in Settings>System>Notifications & Actions>Show notifications from these apps which points to 561979.rbf for the purpose of Banners and Sounds.
I cannot seem to locate this file on my hard drive. Any information regarding this file would be appreciated.
