Windows 10: rca cambrio screenshot won't work

Discus and support rca cambrio screenshot won't work in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I've had this computer/tablet for over a year now, and when I have to take a screenshot for 1 of my assignments it won't work I tried win + vol down...     I've had this computer/tablet for over a year now, and when I have to take a screenshot for 1 of my assignments it won't work I tried win + vol down and win+ vol up and it still won't work if any1 knows how 2 fix this plz let me know
