Windows 10: RCA W101SA23T1 don't start after i tried to install Windows 10

I tried to install and particioned the disk and now don’t start... help please, my father is driving me crazy cause it was his pc

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Hello sorry for formatting or maybe lack of information just ask for any clarification and ill do the best i can but here is my issue.

I have the tablet and it's not displaying the battery information, in device manager, there is not batteries list in there. though there are 14 unknown devices. I already reached out to RCA for help and got some fixed but my overall question is does anyone
have the install path of the battery so that i can manually push the driver over?

if this is being asked in the wrong place please let me know, RCA was no help so want to reach out to someone who has a working version of the tablet.
