Windows 10: RDC

I recently upgraded my Windows 10 Home laptop to Windows 10 Pro so I could use RDP/RDC between my home desktop and home laptop. I am presently unable to RDC my Win 10 Pro laptop to my Win 10 Pro desktop or vice versa. Details: -I have tried connecting from both directions; from the desktop I get a message that remote desktop can't find the laptop, and from the laptop I receive an error that my credentials did not work. -In the RDC client I am using the username and password for the the the PC I am attempting to remote to. -The desktop is hardwired and the laptop is on Wi-Fi. -The desktop i

cannot launch CS:GO while using RDC

RDC will allow you to stream 3D content to be rendered using a host machine over a remote desktop. Since the computer that you are using is already connected via RDC, we want to know what settings are you using.

• What type of connection are you using on both computers? LAN/WIFI
• What graphics card installed on the computer that you are trying to remote? Kindly check if the drivers are updated?
• Are you getting any error message? If Yes, what is the exact error message?
• Are you getting the error message after or before launching the game?
• Are you getting the error message while in game?

Kindly provide all the information needed for us to get the best possible resolution.

• What is the build and version of Windows 10 of your computer?
• Have you checked if the drivers are updated as well?
  
• Can you provide us a screenshot of your RDC window?

Change RDC background/font colors?

Thank you for the screenshots. Are you able to right-click in the Desktop of the RDC to show any Display settings? Is there any option to change the font style/size for the RDC menu?
