  1. RDP connect gets frozen

Why my RDP connection to a computer in another country gets frozen but it work fine when connecting from other country. The server is located in a country "X". So when I connect to "X" from country "Y", it works fine not issues. but When I connect to "X" from country "W" it gets frozen so that I need to re-start RDP connection every time.Any idea what is happening?

    :)
