    RDP credential prompt is delaying over VPN


    Hi,I am working as Desktop support enginner in an IT firm. A few users are facing an issue while they are trying to connect RDP servers while VPN connected. Below are the observations.1. All of the machines are domain joined machine and windows build version and patches are updated. 2. They are Connected to DA VPN using Global Protect vpn client.3. VPN is using full tunnel mode and required certificates are installed manually in the user machine. 4. The main issue is...while connected to VPN, RDP credential window is coming in 5-30 mins delay.     Win 10 cannot connect to win 7 using vpn. Login wants credentials. Have tried everything. Am able to RDP to same machine with win 7. Seems to be a win 10 rdp problem.
