Windows 10: RDP doesn't connect and shows Black Screen

Discus and support RDP doesn't connect and shows Black Screen in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; When we attempt Remote Desktop to a host that is 1903 build or higher, the RDP display is black.     RDP doesn't connect and shows Black Screen


    When we attempt Remote Desktop to a host that is 1903 build or higher, the RDP display is black. The host doesn't lock and is in no way connected. Somethings we have tried without success are as follows.


    1. Disable Persistent Bitmap Caching

    2. Use Microsoft Basic Video Driver.

    3. Sending ctrl+alt+end doesn't have any effect because the connection is not being made.

    4. RDP setting is allowed and network discovery is on.

    5. Connecting by IP instead of host name presents the same problem.

    My office is stuck on 1809 until we can figure this out. I've seen plenty of articles about the RDP black screen of death, but none seem to pertain to our issue since it appears the connection isn't being made.

    RDP Black Screen issue

    I sometimes use RDP for control my home computer(Win10) at company computer (Win7)

    sometimes I login success but nothing is appear in RDP.

    I already search this issue in Google, but anything can't help

    Ctrl + Alt + End ? nothing happened. just black screen.

    Connect on 640*480 mode? nothing happened. just black screen.

    Setting Network and memory? nothing happened. just black screen.

    Delete RDP cache? nothing happened. just black screen.

    update my Graphic Driver? already latest driver.

    One of important thing is when Black screen occurred on RDP client, My home computer is stuck black screen too and all of pan in my system is full loaded.

    What can I do to solve this problem?

    Why this occurred?
