Windows 10: RDP Issue after Win 11 Upgrade

Greetings Dear Community,I have recently encountered an issue after upgrading couple of devices in my organization from Windows 10 to 11. To elaborate on this matter, there is an specific server that one of our teams needs to initiate remote session with it via RDP, It's worth mentioning that this Server resides in data center and the connection to it is via tunnel. Furthermore, after upgrading these clients to Windows 11, whenever they try to start new RDP session with the Server, they face an issue where the display is solid black with incomplete shapes just like pixels I have attached the

RDP stopped working after Win 11 Pro activation

I initially upgraded my new Win 11 Home to Pro. After using RDP to set it up, the new user activated Win 11 Pro and RDP stopped working.

• Any changes made on the computer prior to this concern?
  
  Initially when we received the problem there wasn't any changes made on the computer since we couldn't figure out the problem, we upgraded the pc to windows 10. It fixed the problem momentarily and then it starts again. Then we re initiated the upgrade the
  same day I wrote this post and it was fixed again and then on today the issue is back

• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
  
  In the past we would delete the MS Licensing Protocol folder as suggested by so many other posts and restart the RDP connection ad administrator to rebuild it. This time around it didn't fix anything. Like I said previously we've tried to upgrade the PC and
  the fix is temporal

• Is this the first time that you encountered this problem? No

• When did you notice about this issue? I'm not sure when it started because I haven't been on this project that long but I would say within the last month based on me. Based on other conversations this has happened in the past.

Cannot RDP or connect to network shares since upgrade to Win 11

I also understand that you seem to have some problems in network sharing. Could you please provide the error information that cannot be shared?

Because you have a few windows devices now, so I want to make sure whether you can share the network between these devices after upgraded to Windows 11. If not, I suggest you follow the steps in the following link to reset network sharing:
