Windows 10: RDP Windows 10 1909 Keeps Freezing

I have a user who just got a laptop which is running windows version 2004 build 19041.572 and uses an RDP connection to his desktop which has OS Version 1909 build 18363.1082 enterprise. He has been experiencing freezing from the RDP Session multiple times. If he closed the RDP session and restarts it he can go back to using his desktop just where he left off. He started using his RDP on Friday, he experienced three freezes and today he has had Four freezes. What could be causing this issue? We have multiple users accessing their desktops through RDP but he is the only one who is having these freeze issues? Any assistance would be helpful.

Windows 10 1909 Upgrade Freezes at 48%

I am having problem with Windows 10 1909 Upgrade Freezes at 48%. Tried installation twice and failed. Any suggestion on how to complete the upgrade ? Please advise.

 

RDP freezes remote

Win 10 laptop rdp freezes the remote desktop immediately upon connecting. Remote is running Windows 10 Pro. The desktop remains frozen until powered off and on. I believe no settings have been changed since it used to work properly. A different laptop
is able to rdp successfully into that desktop. Strangely, the laptop that is able to successfully rdp cannot see files on the remote when the homegroup icon is clicked--says the remote is currently unavailable, but the laptop that freezes the remote can see
and open files when the homegroup icon is clicked. When I google remote freezes I get info about Windows 7, and the "Virtual Agent" doesn't understand my question. Thanks for any help
