Windows 10: re acer laptop SNID 42618315134

This is 2 yr old acer laptop had been working fine

i tried to enter password it's not accepting also its a touch screen n the windows opened up now nothing comes up except time day n date

what shall i do

Acer Laptops :are they crap ?

Acer makes a cheap prodcut period. They user lower end plastics, as well as assembly. (I hate working on Acer laptops)

If budget is an issue then get an acer... though for $50 more you could get a gateway that will smoke the acer in terms of quality.

For a laptop though i would suggest one of the DV7T's from HP or a Business class Toshiba/HP/IBM (not the lenovo branded, the Thinkpads)

If you prefer, you still can revert it back using the factory restore procedure, there's a hotkey on every new acer laptop/PC. just my two cents

 

acer aspire laptop wifi problem

If you open Device Manager as SujataMoktan instructed, do you see any entries that have a yellow exclamation mark next to them? If there are the drivers for these particular devices are not installed and Windows will be unable to use them.

Visit Download Drivers and Manuals | Acer Official Site Enter your SNID which can be found on the bottom of your acer laptop (white sticker) Download the drivers for any devices that have exclamation marks next to them and follow the instructions included with
the download.
