Windows 10: Re-activating a Win10 digital entitlement license

Hi,I have a Win10 system with is licensed with a digital entitlement license which I need to re-install Windows 10 on exactly the same system - I'm not trying to transfer to a new machineAccording to this article If you have a digital license for your device, you can reinstall the same edition of Windows 10 on this device without entering a product key.I have re-installed what I thought was the same version, Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit LTSC, however it's not showing the license as activated.I since found out it's not exactly the same version of Windows - what I need is OEM_COA_NSLP channel

Query about digital license (digital entitlement) and Windows 10 Activation

Old title: Windows 10 Activation

Hello. Can I insert my digital license (digital entitlement) of Windows 10 to the new Windows 10.iso? Perform fresh install with Windows 10.iso (DVD), without Windows 7 and Windows 8. Can I insert the digital license to activate it? Or it's can't?

Does Win10 "digital entitlement" survive a clean install?

Once I upgrade to Win10 I wonder if the "digital entitlement" will persist if I do something (like a clean install of Win10, or if I were to rollback to Win8.1 and restore a drive image from prior to the upgrade) that causes the OS to not know it was 'entitled'.

In short I guess I'm wondering whether the "digital entitlement" is saved on the OS, or in the MS cloud. I'm hoping for the later, and guessing it too based upon this:

"Once activated, a digital entitlement for your PC’s hardware is created in the Windows 10 activation
service.This entitlement can be used by the same PC again for re-activation of the same Edition of Windows 10 in the future."

I installed Macrium Reflect, Took an image of my system Windows 10 Home 32 bit just in case things went wrong. Then I made bootable USB for Windows 10 Home 64 bit using the Media Creation Tool and clean installed and upgraded my system to Windows 10 Home 64 bit and now it shows:

Activation: Windows is activated.

Product key: Windows on this device is activated with a digital entitlement.

So, the issue is resolved. Thanks everybody for your valuable suggestions. So, this was a build issue.
