Windows 10: Re-activating a Win11 digital entitlement license after laptop reset

I have a digital entitlement license which I obtained after I upgraded form Win8.1 licensed with a key to Win10 and later to Win11.Everything was running smoothly until a windows update totally broke the status bar on my Windows 11.I tried a few restores but they throw BSOD and ended up using the reset PC option. The rese redownloaded windows by itself and reinstalled it and now my digital licenses shows as not activated and I cannot figure out why.I tried everything...I am logged in with the right account and I tried all the recommended tricks windows update/resart/re-entering the 8.1 key.

Re-activating a Win10 digital entitlement license

Good idea, but those are evaluation copies, and still didn't automatically register the digital entitlement key.

What I'm still not sure about is 2 things:

1. If you have a digital entitlement license, should it just automatically detect it from the hardware and activate it, or do I need to do something?
   
2. Is there some sort of generic OEM version on Win 10 Ent LTSC that I can use, or would it have to be the exact image which the manufacturer of this system used in order for the digital entitlement license to register?

Hello. Can I insert my digital license (digital entitlement) of Windows 10 to the new Windows 10.iso? Perform fresh install with Windows 10.iso (DVD), without Windows 7 and Windows 8. Can I insert the digital license to activate it? Or it's can't?

When you upgraded from a previous version of Windows or receive a new computer preinstalled with Windows 10, what happened is the hardware (your PC) will get a digital entitlement, where a unique signature of the computer will be stored on Microsoft Activation
Servers. The Windows 7 or Windows 8 genuine license you were previously running will be exchanged for a diagnostics key.

Anytime you need to reinstall Windows 10 on that machine, just proceed to reinstall Windows 10. It will automatically reactivate.

So, there is no need to know or get a product key, if you need to reinstall Windows 10, you can use your Windows 7 or Windows 8 product key or use the reset function in Windows 10.

If you are prompted to enter a product key, click 'I don't have a key' and 'Do this later'
