    Hi,


    I had this problem with cmd.exe popping up anytime I start my PC.


    I tried the :sfc /scannow fix but it didn't work. So I used the " control userpasswords2 " option by creating a new account and my problem was solved.

    I now want to delete the initial account since it's occupying substantial space on the PC. Is it safe to do so?


    Pls help!!

    I am running windows 10 and every minute a cmd window will randomly pop up for half a second then close.

    CMD keeps popping up

    Hello,

    I updated my Windows 7 to Windows 10, a month ago, and ever since, i have this
    CMD bar popping up for a half a second, and then dissapearing, just to pop up a minute later. It is really annoying, especially when im trying to watch a video, or type something , as when it pops up, the letters that i have typed during it
    do not register. Please help
