Windows 10: Re. does deleting photos in iCloud delete them from a sent email?

Hi, I had a complaint with a company and sent them an email with photo attachments. A month later I had a message from google to reduce storage in iCloud or buy more. I deleted some photos. Then I went to my sent box and tried to open the photos attached to my complaint and some won't open.. Does it mean they have been deleted off my original complaint email to the company as well?* Moved from Community Center

Hi, I sent them as a compressed file. Was hoping the photos would load on to the receivers iCloud and stay there, as my iCloud storage was getting full up. the attachment has a small blue square in front and followed by the folders title., I checked my sent email and , when I put the curser on it , it used to load - but not anymore. Is that a linked file????

 

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
