Windows 10: Re-Install after Uninstall

After installing Win 10 I found 2 apps that would not execute under Win 10. I uninstalled Win 10 using the provided re-install Win 7. I have solved the problem with the apps and I would like to re-install Win 10. How do I receive the invitation to install Win 10 again, or is there another way to install Win 10 with some app on my Hard Drive. Using a Toshiba A135-S4427 - 8 gb memory. Please advise and thanks in advance. I hope I have this in the correct forum...

You can try to resolve your concern about the aforementioned app that is just loading, by uninstalling and re-installing it.

Let us know what happens after uninstalling and re-installing the affected app.

If you like, you can just directly upgrade to Windows 10 in your activated Windows 7 to have the free offer of Windows 10 activated.

Thanks for the welcome and the rapid response. I will take a look at the link you provided. I think I read somewhere that if I do a re-install via Win 7 I would have or need to do a "clean install" which I am trying to avoid if at all possible. If I can get the download via MS for the free install I did a few weeks ago I will be "good to go." If not, I may be relegated to doing the clean install. There are two different things to take care of:

First, it is technically possible to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 a second time (like in your case). You can use the Get Windows 10 app, which you have used in the first go, or you can use the Media Creation Tool (see Brink's link). Both should work; the Media Creation Tool has the advantage that you can start at any time you want. It is important that you do the upgrade from inside your activated Windows 7. Technically, after using the Media Creation Tool, you would also be able to upgrade by booting from a Windows 10 DVD. However, if your Windows 10 had not been activated before (you have not told us, if it had), then it also won't activate afterwards. Youcan save yourself this trouble by just upgrading from inside your running Windows 7.

The question whether you do a clean install or an actual upgrade, does not depend on the process above. You will still be able to do an upgrade. If this is what you want, this will work. It doesn't sound like it, but should you want to, using the Media Creation Tool, you can also do a clean install.
