    I tried to install my other e mail accounts into mail, but I can't get it to work.
    Is there a way to start from scratch including getting rid of the Microsoft account sign-in when the PC start up.
    When I installed the Windows 10 I did not put in a password. now I have to sign in with the Microsoft account.
    Due to dyslexia I have a difficult time following written instructions.

    DST Updated Now ActiveSync 4.5 Won't Sync Outlook Items

    I understand that you re-installed Outlook, right? Did you also re-installed Activesync? If no, then I suggest you remove it, reboot your computer and re-install Activesync. It is recommend to always remove both Outlook and Activesync. Then install Outlook
    first.



    Try that and let me know if this helps.

    I managed to get my three e mail accounts to work in Windows 10 mail.
    I still miss the functionality of the previous WLM etc.
