    Re-install Visio Pro 2016


    My hard drive failed, had to install a new hard drive in same computer.

    Have the Visio 2016 Pro DVD and product Key, but says the program is already in use.


    How do I deactivate Visio from old system?

    I have got a VLSC licence and ned to reinstal Visio Pro 2016 but i cannot ifnd details of the product key

    I am always having Visio 2016 crash, especially when linking Visio shapes to Excel data.

    I have used Visio for decades, and still find Visio 2003 to be stable.

    I have checked if any Bluetooth plugins are enabled as per online suggestions, and there are no Bluetooth plug ins

    This happens on both my laptops, different manufactures, less then a year old.

    VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!
