    Re installed windows 10 now my network card is not longer working


    I have reinstalled windows 10 on my Acer aspire switch 10e which I use for school because I was running very slow and the cpu was constantly at 100% usage. After completing the installation of windows 10 I realised that I was unable to connect to the wifi and after further inspection, I have found that the built-in network card is wasn't showing up in device manager. I have tried using my own knowledge and google but haven't found any answers. I have reinstalled windows 10 before on my pc when i purchased an SSD without any problems and I followed the exact same procedure as when i did that. Any help or guidance will be greatly appreciated as I need to use the notebook for classes next week.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Nope, you need to install Windows 10 first and make sure the Windows 7 key is transferred to your Windows account after you've installed Windows 10 (not quite sure how that works). I missed the last step and I could not activate Windows 10 after a re-install... Microsoft seem to have done everything they can to make it a PITA. Also, it's technically too late to do this now anyhow, as the upgrade offer has expired. But KMSPico works quite well...

    As for getting rid of Windows, delete the Windows folder.

    I decided to take the plunge and upgrade to windows 10 from 7. I used the Media Creation Tool from MS website. It took awhile, but I am finally running Windows 10 (12-14).

    I opened the new App & Program feature to remove programs that I no longer needed. Scrolling down the list, I was horrified! Apps that I didn't install somehow magically installed themselves. Two programs stood out: Facebook and Candy Crush Soda Saga. Both programs have those tale-tale icons that they came from Windows Store (which I've never even opened). The install date for both of them were on 12-26.

    Is this a common thing for Windows 10? Or is it because I did an upgrade and not a clean install?
