Windows 10: Re-installed Windows 11 and now it won't let me set my PIN

I recently reset my PC as I upgraded the motherboard, and while I've connected my Microsoft account and whatnot, I am unable to set my pin. Attempting to do so leaves me with this screen, and entering my old PIN or any combination hits me with the second screen. I've tried restarting and migrating my account to local and back to Microsoft with no luck

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

You can remove the pin of account b by following the steps below.

First log in to account b.

1. Open Settings on Windows 11.
   
2. Click on Accounts.
   
3. Click the Sign-option tab.
   
4. Under the “Ways to sign in” section, click the PIN (Windows Hello) setting.
   
5. Click the Remove button in the “Remove this sign-in option” setting.
   
6. Once you complete the steps, the PIN will be removed from the account, but you will continue to have access to the account with your password.
