    Re-installing Paintshop Pro 2023 Ultimate on new Win 11 desktop, but unable per error....


    I am upgrading to a new desktop with Win 11 former is Win 10 and am re-installing PaintShop Pro 2023 Ultimate, but it won't accept accept my user account credentials. I had purchased it Nov 2023 and requested that they extend my downloads to install it again on my new desktop, and they extended the downloads for 2 months. I downloaded everything again and have all the keys. Starting with the primary install per their instructions of course, I used the key for it, and then the next step was to log into my account, but it failed per the error below. I even updated my password and can log int
