Windows 10: Re-installing Paintshop Pro 2023 Ultimate on new Win 11 desktop, but unable per error....

I am upgrading to a new desktop with Win 11 former is Win 10 and am re-installing PaintShop Pro 2023 Ultimate, but it won't accept accept my user account credentials. I had purchased it Nov 2023 and requested that they extend my downloads to install it again on my new desktop, and they extended the downloads for 2 months. I downloaded everything again and have all the keys. Starting with the primary install per their instructions of course, I used the key for it, and then the next step was to log into my account, but it failed per the error below. Unable to install Paintshop Pro 2019 on win 7 computer.

Error msg System has not been modified when I tried to install newly purchased PaintShop Pro 2019 on win 7 computer. Thanks for any suggestions.

Corel Paintshop Pro X7 Ultimate and Windows 10

When opening Corel Paintshop Pro X7 Ultimate in Windows 10 I get the error code 0xc000007b. When checking compatibility it says there is a compatibility problem. Will not run when set to earlier version of Windows. Have tried a clean re-install with no
effect. Find no information concerning compatibility with Windows 10 at the Corel Site.
