Windows 10: read description

I have two accounts on my pc one has no Microsoft account and the other which is this one that I’m typing in does, they both have admin privilege's but when I try to delete the one with no Microsoft account it wont let me I even try to change that account to a user account but when I apply it and re-run the deletion process it says that I can't because its and administrator account which is weird because I just changed it to a user account, I even try going to setting then accounts then family and other users method but for some reason the account that has no Microsoft account doesn't pop up

Are we supposed to try each step, starting with 1, until service no longer has "<Failed to Read Description. Error Code: 15100 >" in description?

I tried Step 1. After part 6, I got the following popup message:

Edit Services "Description" field


As title suggests, I'm wondering how to edit the description of services that appear in "services.msc"... I have several programs that run as services that I know and use, but have no descriptions at all.

Would be nice to be able to see these and immediately recognize them when viewing list of running services.
