    I am operating Win 10. I an getting this message 'Failed > The specified file is read only' when trying to change format m4a to mp3. How to can I get access to modify all my music file in different folders?'

    Groove music doesn't read my music files (.mp3, .m4a)

    Hello all... I have a surface pro 3 and added music files from sd card and external hd to Groove Music app but for every file it gives me an error that file format is not supported with this error code: 0xc00d36b4. I tried with files in mp3, m4a and wav
    formats.

    Thanks for any info.
