    Read-only Problem

Hi! Can someone help me regarding an issue that i'm having just now for how many years i've used a PC/Laptop?

My files keep reverting back to "Read-only" everytime I uncheck the boxes. Yes, I'm signed in as an administrator. I've never encountered this on my PC, but my laptop seems to be having this problem just now. I tried it with a folder with no files in it made a New Folder so I could test it. I clicked properties, unchecked the box, clicked apply and then ok. I checked on properties again, and the ""Read-only" box was checked. I already did everything, checked on administrator rights etc. For some reason all the files in my latptop do this now. I haven't had this problem before. Before i could just uncheck read only, and then that was it. Now it keeps checking itself back even with a blank folder.

    :)

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

How do I change (Read Only) on Microsoft Word

When I downloaded Windows 10 and used my Microsoft Word it was in (Read Only) and I tried looking up how to solve the problem including looking at properties on my document to uncheck read only, but it was already unchecked. I have tried all the steps suggested.

    INCORRECT CPU FREQUENCY READING

    Hello Muhammad,

CPU usage depends on the applications that are open to your device. To isolate the problem, we suggest that you answer the following questions:

    • Can you include a screenshot of the CPU reading?
    • Have you tried performing a
      clean boot
      to eliminate software conflicts?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    Looking forward to your response.
