Windows 10: Read previous answers on this forum re Word Copilot problem but still can't get rid of an...

Here's what I get when I open Word --The tiny Copilot icon on the left followed by this "Select the icon or press Alt + i to draft with Copilot" printed in a very light font. I believe that I did manage to delete Copilot. So how come I'm still getting the above Copilot icon and instruction?I'm using Windows 11 on my ASUS desktop PC. And I'm using Google Chrome as my default browser. Seldom use the bossy Edge.

How do I change (Read Only) on Microsoft Word


When I downloaded Windows 10 and used my Microsoft Word it was in (Read Only) and I tried looking up how to solve the problem including looking at properties on my document to uncheck read only, but it was already unchecked. I have tried all the steps suggested.

 

Do I need to download a special removal tool to get rid of AMPxchange?
