    The Windows 11 eligibility check said that my processor isn't eligible although it's on the list of eligible processors?!

    As the question says, the check told me that my processor isn't eligible but it's on the eligible processor list. It's an Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-7100U CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz. I've got 16gb RAM.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
