  2. I don't even know what that BCD thing is.

Any chance to find out if something broken here?

What did you use to install the OS onto the SSD with? Was it cloned from a HDD?

This is something that is generally not easily corrected unless you have a backup image that you can use to restore Windows. Short of that your best bet if you really want the Recovery options in the Boot menu is to reinstall Windows. I know that is not what you wanted to hear, but that has been my experience. I now there are some people who will tell that it can be done with out re-installing Windows and it can. I have done it myself, but it is not easy and usually would involve using diskpart and reagentc to get the BCD store settings pointed to a valid Recovery Environment.

BCD is Boot Configuration Data which contains info to boot Windows and info for debugging. If some of the entries are missing can also cause the problem you are having.

If you have disk 1 connected. There's an EFI System partition which also contains a BCD, Your EFI firmware will see 2 Windows Boot Managers and depending on the boot order in BIOS, Windows might use it to boot. I suggest that you delete this partition on disk 1.
To delete, open admin command and type:
    diskpart
    select disk 1
    selet partition 1
    delete partition override
    exit

  6. Thank you everyone for your help!
After all, I've decided to completely reinstall the system.

Now, I have entirely different problem.
Please, take a look, if you are interested.
