Windows 10: real flight 6.5 disk not bringing up install window

I have been trying to use the real flight disk with my laptop and it isn't bringing anything up. I also listened to the drive and it sounds like its starting to spin up' then there is a buzz sound and it stops then does it again and again. Any help would be great.

Installing windows off of a USB stick

Step By Step from vista:
From admin cmd prompt

1. diskpart
1a. list disk
2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk

 

Need help install Window!

Had a similar error when putting my Ryzen system together, this is what worked for me:

Method #1:
1. Boot up to installation DVD/CD.
2. Click install but don't follow through.
3. Press SHIFT-F10 to bring up console.
4. Type "diskpart"
5. Once inside diskpart type, exactly (without ""):
"list disk" (find the one you want to convert)
"select disk 0" (select the one you want from the list)
"convert mbr" (should take a second or two)
"quit"
6. Continue with install

Method #2:
1. Boot up to installation DVD/CD.
2. Click install but don't follow through.
3. Press SHIFT-F10 to bring up console.
4. Type "diskpart"
5. Once inside diskpart type:
-> "list disk" (find the one you want to convert)
-> "select disk 0" (select the one you want from the list)
-> "clean" (wait until it's done)
-> "quit"
6. Continue with install
