Windows 10: real tek usb not being recognised by pc

Discus and support real tek usb not being recognised by pc in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; installed realtek 5ghz usb to get faster speed but in symbol fot it in right hand corner red star-with a code no RTL 818n-I UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED...     installed realtek 5ghz usb to get faster speed but in symbol fot it in right hand corner red star-with a code no RTL 818n-I UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED NO GOOD same code -what does this mean-drivers did download for it-i c numerous people asking same as they have this code coming up as well but no real answers as to what the solution is and how to fix and get pc to recognise it thanks in advance for any assistance

    Real Tek audio equalilzer

    I upgraded to window 10 and lost my real tek audio equalizer. Audio works, just no equalizer.

    Real Tek High Definition Audio Driver

    I have Windows 10 (got new HP with Windows 10 Nov 2015

    Do I have to keep Real Tek High Def Audio Driver on my PC? I didn't have it on there when I bought the laptop

    Also, why does my PC "rev" up when I'm on certain websites. The fan goes on and on in some websites and the screen freezes.

    Error 19 on real tek audio after windows creators update installed

    Even the latest real tek driver did not work.

    In the end I blocked windows from updating drivers.

    I disabled the real tek device, then updated the driver choosing a specific driver, picked generic HD. and sound started working again
