Windows 10: Real Time Protection in Windows Defender wont turn on

HELLO !

I have a problem with my Windows Defender, many times ago i downloaded a file, i dont know that contain virus. Then i finished for downloading. After 1 minutes, my Windows Defender was attackes by that virus, the Real TIme Protection wont turn on back. THe display show it can turn on, but after i turn on back, it automatically turn off again. How i can fix this problem? With reset my PC? OH i dont want...

I've done the exact same steps and same for me. Still won't turn on. Anyone have a way to muscle defender into turning on real-time protection?

• Right-click on the Start button and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the command prompt, type in net user administrator /active:yes and press Enter.
