Windows 10: Real Time Protection not turning on and IT Administration issues, potential malware problem

I was scouring the internet for a video game thats no longer available that i wanted to play. I think i accidentally had downloaded a malware. So i instantly deleted the files and then the next day when i was scanning my pc, i couldnt see details due to IT ADMIN PERMS. But im the only admin in my computer, and i have tried all the conventional solutions that i could find from other people with the same problem. On the other hand with my system protection, it not says that i have some other anti virus tool, i never had one to begin with, infact i just downloaded malwarebytes recently as a way t

Cant turn on real time protection

I’m not sure what’s going on there, but you might want to run some scans in order to make sure that malware hasn’t assumed the role of administrator and turned off Defender’s real-time protection with Group Policy:

Then you can use these REG commands to toggle the Group Policy setting for Windows Defender’s real-time protection.

Click on the Start button and select Windows Powershell (Admin) and then copy, paste, and enter the command:

Turn off Windows Defender’s real-time protection:
