Windows 10: Really irregular Temps and Usage.

Ok I'll cut it short it's been acting strange lately mostly with the CPU if I'm just watching YouTube or browsing the internet, suddenly my CPU usage spikes up and my AIO fans start ramping up which can get annoying at times, But for some stupid reason after I open task manager, it gets a HUGE spike down from 100% back to normal 3% I will provide pictures of temps and usage before and after opening task manager. Also, my country has a heatwave going over it currently, and instead of the usual 16-18 degrees temps outside it's now usually 20-28 which has affected my coolant temp quite a bit, Alm

Temp Files : Runaway Creation

Windows Temporary files are created by the operating system during the normal course of its running when there may not be enough memory allocated for the task.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to delete temporary files nad check if it helps:

Step 1

• Press Windows key + R
• Type temp and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

Step 2

• Press Windows key + R
• Type %temp% and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

Step 3

• Press Windows key + R
• Type prefetch and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

about temp folder

The temp folder provides work space for programs. Yes they can be deleted. We suggest that you follow the steps provided by Sangeeta Sarkar on how to delete Temp files on this

link. You may also type in the search box Disk Cleanup and hit enter. It will evaluate your disk and give you a list of folders sizes that can be deleted.
