Windows 10: Really Microsoft ?! STILL NO FIX FOR......2018-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version...

The only thing i have tried so far was

Settings > Troubleshoot > Windows Updates.

It "allegedly" claims 3 issues were "fixed". I closed and restarted however still nothing.


Antivirus: Avast (Was disable during this whole process so i am CERTAIN it is NOT Avast)


It's rather pathetic that i have to go on YouTube and search:

80,000 people searched for and VIEWED this video in a desperate attempt to fix MICROSOFTS issues.


Can i get 80,000 people to please click "i have this problem also" button on this forum ?

Maybe Microsoft can get it together.

Bonus Question:​

Can anyone tell me how to PERMANENTLY REMOVE the ugly Windows 'Watermark' from the bottom of my right screen ?

Im glad Windows cares so much to remind me of what version/build im using but it's interfereing with my wallpaper and MORE IMPORTANTLY im concerned about 'screen burn in' on my expensive T.V / Monitor.

Windows is activated.*

Not an 'evaluation' or 'trial' version.*

wushowhide and group policy atm is the only surest way

 

Failed install-2018-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4483234)

I also have this issue and have tried the manual version with no luck. I have ran the troubleshooter and attempted the cumulative update again.

Here is the error:

How can I fix this?
