    REALLY strange network problems.

I found out this Microsoft forums thing, and now I am asking like everything here.

Another question of mine, except, this one isn't really stupid...

Ok, now I know this question is asked a TON. So much. But for me it's different. I tried EVERYTHING, my computer is on ethernet, it is the only device in the house with this issue. I turned off power saving options, I resetted the network adapters, I checked the cable, reseted my router, I EVEN REINSTALLED WINDOWS because I thought it is a malware that's messing with my internet. Nothing. But... it's more than that. I play a lot of Minecraft, specifically, Hypixel Bedwars. I really enjoy it, and have been playing it for a while. But... I quit. Not because I got bored of it, just because everytime I am at the last moments of the game my network dies. It's not just a coincidence anymore, it happens so many times, just as I'm about to win... But when I do literally anything else, works just fine.. This is really strange and I can't find a fix to this issue. If any true professional can tell me what is going on I would appreciate it, because I'm just so lost and I know this question is pretty weird as well but anyway, here is some info:

Subscribement: DIGI Romania RCS & RDS
Network Adapter: IntelR Gigabit Network Connection

OS: Windows 10 Home, Version 1903

    :)

    What is this network device?

This is a weird problem I've been seeing in windows for years now (not just windows 10). I've been unable to figure out what it is, but we're not alone in this, I did some research a while back and a lot of other people were seeing it as well.

Some suggest it's a bug in the network stack. Some suggest it's neighbors who are connecting somehow, but not able to use the network. Regardless, it's not an uncommon problem and doesn't seem to be anything worry about. Here's some examples:

  3. Strange names showing in Network Profiles on AVG Firewall

Some strange network names have been showing in my AVG Network Profiles list, that are not listed on the "known network" list on my windows 10 PC:

    DIRECT-MHDESKTOP-DVFUTVPmsGH

    DIRECT-XgDESKTOP-DVFUTVPmsQJ

    DIRECT-LDDESKTOP-DVFUTVPCRTH

    (my PC name is DVFUTVP)

Some posts online seem to suggest they are something to do with "Direct Desktop Connection" although I have never used this to connect to anything, only to wifi networks (all others on the list recognised) or bluetooth devices

Does anybody know why these could be showing up / what they are?

    Network Adapter PROBLEM

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

First Verify if the WLAN service is started and set to automatic, if the WLAN service is stopped, I would suggest you to start the service and put it to automatic.

Step 1: Please follow the steps to
    start the WLAN service.

    • Click on Start, type in services.msc
      and press Enter.

    • Select WLAN Autoconfig from the list, Right click
      properties.

    • Change the startup type to Automatic.

    • Click on Start button.

    • Click on Apply, Ok.
Restart the computer and verify if it works.

Also check if all the dependencies are also running. Try the steps to check Dependencies.

    • Right-click on WLAN Autoconfig and select Properties.

    • Click on Dependencies, you will find all the dependency services under box labeled this service depends on the following system components.
Step 2: Run an inbuilt Network troubleshooter.

    • Press Windows + X key and select
      Control Panel.

    • Type troubleshooting and select troubleshooting.

    • Click on view all on the left pane and select
      Network adapter.

    • Follow the on-screen steps and check.
I would also suggest you to check with the below link to check how to resolve wireless problems.
