    Need help with windows activate, it is saying I have pro installed but my key is normal home edition, So I downloaded the windows tool it said to get a clean install but it keep's trying to reinstall the pro version no option for just windows home.... So been on hold for a hour no help from Microsoft and now they want me to talk about it in a community public forms like I feel safe doing that... **** custmer care.

    Windows 10 Post-Creator Update: Settings will not open & Bluetooth will not work

    COMPATIBILITY: My PC is expressly listed on the link you provided as compatible: XPS 13 9350. I listed the make and model in my first post, so it's disheartening to see you suggest it's compatibility, and provide a link that expressly says it isn't.

    BLUETOOTH: The bluetooth is not the issue, as all devices worked previously. Further, I doubt bluetooth is why MS Word wont load.

    I've looked for the answer in the forums, I have timely taken all advice you have offered.

    This is a technical issue, likely based on the Creator Patch, and I would really really appreciate some help or an escalation.

    If you cannot provide me with additional help, please provided me with the appropriate next step or contact info.

  3. Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


    I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

    Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
    We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
    I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
    Step 1:
    Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

    1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
    2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
    3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.
    Step 2:
    I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
    3. Select add someone else on this PC.
    4. Enter a user name and hit next.
    5. Click on Finish.
    6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.
    Step 3:
    It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

    I suggest you to try the below and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to log-in Live.com/ Outlook.com from the Microsoft account you are facing issue with.

    Try to edit your personal information from the browser and check if the issue persists.

    If the issue still persists,

    Step 2: I suggest you to log-in to your user account from different browser on different browser, try to edit your personal information and check if the issue persists.

    Step 3: If the issue still persists, I suggest you to run Microsoft account troubleshooter.
