Windows 10: Realme buds wireless 3 are connected but sometimes they don't get recognized as a audio...

My laptop INFINIX X3 slim 8/512 GB variant is running on windows 11 & audio device is realme buds wireless 3 neckband. Sometimes when I power on & open the laptop in the morning though my device is connected to my laptop but doesn't play audio the neckband instead plays it on my laptop built in speaker & when I open Sound output it only shows speaker and not my neckband See attached video link at the end .I've to restart my laptop in order to get it fixed. This issue is not because of a faulty neckband since I've had it replaced already but the problem still exists. I've tried

First, try to connect your Realme buds using a different device for us to check if the issue is with your computer or the Realme buds itself.

If it cannot connect using a different device means that the realme buds is faulty.

If the Realme buds can connect to a different device proceed with the steps below.

Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter

-Press Windows key + X

-Go to Settings

-Click Update and Security

-Click Troubleshoot then “additional troubleshooter

-Look for Bluetooth , click it and run the troubleshooter.

Once done proceed with these steps.

-Press Windows Key + R

-Type Services.msc and hit enter

-Look for "Bluetooth Support Service"

-Set it to start then Automatic.

-Press Windows key + X

-Go to Device Manager

-Expand the Bluetooth

-Look for Bluetooth driver that was installed

-Right click and Update

-Look for "Browse my computer for driver

-Let me pick drivers available drivers

-Choose an old driver and use it.

Restart your device, then check the Bluetooth

if issue persist, let's download and install the Bluetooth driver what is the exact model of your computer for me to check.

To check the system model proceed with these steps.

-Press Windows key + R

-Type msinfo32 and hit enter.

-Look for the System Model and manufacturer post it here.

wired microphone not working in pc realme buds 2 wired

Hi, I'm using an ASUS Vivobook R558U with Windows 10 and have purchased a Realme Buds 2 wired earphone with an inline microphone, but my PC only detects them as headphones and not headsets, so I can't use their microphone on the PC. I tried uninstalling the driver and also tried installing the Realtek audio driver, but still it didn't work, and I also couldn't download the Realtek audio control from the Microsoft Store. please help.
