Windows 10: Realtek 2nd audio Headphones stopped working after windows 10 update -- FIXED --

-- I also recently after update had no headphone options --
In the realtek "Sound Manager" on the bottom right is alittle wrench (Connector Settings),


clicked it and Checked the "Disable front Jack panel detection"


- wallah - bingo - kazam here the headphone suddenly appeared, and yup - worked too.

Now it shows up on the Volume bar as a selectable output device -


note :*Yes i also have had the 'Make front and rear separate audio two different audio streams...' checked.


Current Audio Driver (MB is MSI) 6.0.1.8471


Could not post a fix so I will post a question.

The Ultimate Realtek HD Audio Driver Mod for Windows 10

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.

 

Windows 10 & Realtek HD Audio and Headphone jack not working

I have two different PCs that when installing the Realtek HD Audio driver the headphone jack stops working. If I uninstall the Realtek HD Audio driver everything working but then Windows Update re-installs the driver again and again. How can I fix this
issue? I don't want to turn off all auto updates. Thanks.
