Windows 10: Realtek Audio Console Is Missing So Many Settings, Is This A Bug? If It Is, How Can I...

Since I cannot provide images here for some reason, here is an imgur link: https://imgur.com/a/KXphTSUMy speaker and headphones cannot be separate sound devices while connected simultaneously. I saw a video that had the solution to this but I strangely don't have that setting: "Make front and rear output devices playback two different audio streams simultaneously" This must be a bug. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail. 1) I would uninstall Realktek Audio Console in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features, restart PC and then reinstall from a fresh download here:
