Windows 10: Realtek audio console no funciona en w11

instalé w11 en nueva pc y al querer ecualizar mi parlantes me di cuenta que el programa realtek audio console no funciona, inicia todo normal pero no puedo acualizar los sonidos al querer hacerlo simplemente no hace nada

1) I would uninstall Realktek Audio Console in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features, restart PC and then reinstall from a fresh download here:
