Windows 10: Realtek Audio Console Unable To Load After Windows 11 Reset

Realtek Audio Console unable to load after Windows 11 Reset. I would like to share this experience here, so that other users need not spend too much time to solve this issue. I did a Windows 11 Reset today, after updating drivers, I realize Realtek Audio Console was unable to load. Spent several hours reading, trial and error on this issue, almost given up, I realized the Realtek/sound driver version on Device Manager and motherboard manufacturer; eg. Asus; appear to be similar. I decided to make a final attempt by downloading Realtek driver; Realtek Audio Driver V6.0.9381.1; from Asus website
