Windows 10: Realtek Audio Console uncontrollable + potential reason for internal microphone not working

Hello everybody,My Realtek audio console has been from time to time uncontrollably opening and closing itself usually when i first open my computer after closing it. This has been happening since january 2021. And even when i do open it to try and sort out the issue it works fine for around 30 seconds then it starts uncontrollably glitching. Around that same time i also noticed that the internal microphone on my computer had stopped working and i had to resort to using an external microphone for calls. This was fine with me up until now when i have to sit an exam using my internal microphone

1) I would uninstall Realktek Audio Console in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features, restart PC and then reinstall from a fresh download here:
