Windows 10: Realtek audio console wont open and work properly

Whenever I try to connect my wired earphones while my laptop is on, the Realtek Audio Console opens for one second and closes, and my earphones do not connect even though they are plugged in. If I plugged in my earphones before powering on my laptop, they would be connected when powered on. If I try to open the Realtek audio console, it just loads for one second and disappears with no text saying it won't open or anything; it just doesn't open. Before, it would open the Realtek audio console when I plugged in my earphones, and I would have to close it manually. Now I have to open the device ma

1) I would uninstall Realktek Audio Console in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features, restart PC and then reinstall from a fresh download here:
