Windows 10: Realtek Audio Driver is missing

    Realtek Audio Driver is missing


    I recently reinstalled Windows 11. After manually installing all of my motherboard's drivers, I realized the Realtek Audio Driver was not installing properly. It appears in Installed Apps and in File Explorer, but it does not appear in Device Manager or Task Manager or anything that indicates it's being used. I only have sound through my monitor, connected through an HDMI cable to the GPU. When I plug in speakers or headphones into the jack ports on the PC itself there is no sound. Before I reinstalled Windows it was working just fine as far as I knew. I hope someone can help me.
