  1. Realtek Audio hiss, dissapears if I update the driver to a microsoft one

Hi everyone I need help, everytime I connect my headphones, a pair of m50x's or any other headphone in the jack, an intermitent hiss starts sounding, it lasts about 5 to 14 seconds, the lenght variates randomly, and is followed by 1 or 2 seconds of silence.

After reinstalling multiple times, installing software to try and fix this, the only thing that seems to work is selecting the option to update drivers and selecting a microsoft driver, most specifically the High Definition Audio Version: 10.0.18362.356 [4/9/2019]. But that leaves me with terrible speakers audio, since my speakers seem to have been configured to work with realtek audio, with my laptop having a subwoofer and front speakers I don't know how it works honestly, it just sounds bad with the Microsoft drivers.

And the thing is that this sound is present with headphones on only. If I use the speakers I can't hear the hissing sound, but with the headphones is so clear and incredibly annoying.

The drivers are up to date, I even manually downloaded the latests ones from Realtek since the lenovo software had some out of date drivers.

I don't know what to do, honestly, it isnt static noise, it isn't the motherboard because it doesn't happen with that other driver or with usb headphones. What can I do?

    :)

    3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
    4. Right click and hit update driver
    5. Browse my computer for driver software
    6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
    7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
    8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
    9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
    10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.
