Windows 10: Realtek Audio Manager Missing a lot of Settings?

So I have this issue with my mic picking up every single sound that my PC makes. I tried several things with no results. One solution I found was to go to the advanced setting on the Realtek Audio Manager to separate the input jacks. I wanted to try doing that when I found out that my Realtek Audio Manager barely has any options let alone the advanced settings. I tried to uninstall and redownload Realtek but it's the same thing each time. Any way someone can help?

Realtek HD Audio Manager missing

I have realtek audio driver installed for my new pc but the manager is missing. The audio output works fine but there is no input. Can anyone help me?

 

Realtek Audio Manager Missing Settings? Messed Up Audio

With your 'standard' Realtek Audio Manager, you click on the folder at the top right corner to open the

settings you need to select to use either headphones or speakers, or both at the same time.

When you have it setup to switch to headphones only there will be another button at the top for the headphone setting when you have the

headphones plugged into the front panel, so you can set up different EQ and effects for the headphones than what you use with the speakers.

(when using a Desktop machine. Laptop may be different)

[Wish I still had a standard Audio Manager on this machine. I also have a 'fancy' ASUS version, but different to Casedizzy's ,

and I have to sort out the settings for the headphones every time I switch from speakers.

Don't like the EQ pre-sets as much either.

It does have one good feature. An headphone impedance option. The Audio Manager suggests what should be right,
