Windows 10: Realtek Audio manager not working

So I recently updated my drivers and windows and now my audio is not working what so ever. I don't have the option to even see the audio manager and I don't have the High definition audio available to select in my device manager. I've tried reinstalling the drivers I've tried uninstalling them and reinstalling them and all that appears in appwiz.cpl is that I have the drivers installed. So the only thing I can see is that the manager itself is not working. I've tried finding the install for the manager but I don't know if it's easy as that. Any help would be greatly appreciate.

In order for us to assist you with the Realtek Audio, that is not working on your computer. Kindly follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Go to Device Manager>Sound,
Video and Game Controllers.

2. Right-click Realtek High Definition Audio and
Update Driver Software.

3. Browse My Computer for Driver Software.

4. Under Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, select
Install High Definition Audio Device.

5. Once it’s finished, repeat steps 1-4, and then install the
latest RealTek High Definition Audio Version.

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.
